This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which you can return products purchased from aliceartworld.ro and request a refund.
1. General Conditions
We accept returns in accordance with European consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
- be returned in the original packaging (including accessories, labels, certificates, if applicable)
- show no signs of damage or alteration
2. Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following categories are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- custom-made or personalized artwork
- made-to-order handcrafted pieces created specifically for the customer
- items intentionally created as one-of-a-kind
- products showing signs of wear or improper handling
- digital products (if applicable)
These items are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to EU regulations for custom artistic goods.
3. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery (you will confirm the number of days and I will insert it).
After this period, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
4. Return Process

- order number
- product name
- reason for return
- photos (if the item arrived damaged)
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
5. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photo or video evidence.
Depending on the case, we may:
- repair the item
- replace it (if available)
- issue a refund
