I recently had the honor of presenting my latest art collection at the “Femininity of the Last Century” exhibition, curated by the esteemed Romanian cultural figure, Iulia Gorneanu. This event, hosted by ARCUB and ExpoArte, provided an immersive journey through pivotal historical periods—from the Victorian era to the mid-20th century—examined through the evolution of women’s fashion. The exhibition illuminated how daily life and significant historical events were intricately reflected in women’s attire.
During the exhibition, I had the opportunity to deliver a conference discussing my work as an artist and illustrator, focusing on the integration of my skills into fashion. The talk delved into themes of reinterpretation and the incorporation of Romanian traditional culture, aesthetics, and mythology into contemporary fashion. Attendees could follow the brand’s development through a video presentation showcased during the conference.
Gratitude
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended the event; your presence meant the world to me. A special thank you to Iulia Gorneanu, whose unwavering belief in me and my art continues to inspire and motivate my creative journey.
