When will I recieve my item?
Processing and handling your order may take 3-5 working days, or even more for worldwide shipping from the moment the order and payment are confirmed.
Some items are made to order, but the timing mentioned before includes this process.
What are the delivery options?
The delivery options are as follows:
Shipping in ROMANIA: FAN COURIER. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days after your order is confirmed. The fixed rate is 20 RON (14 EUR), but if there’s an exceptionally large order, this deliveryrate may differ.
Shipping in EUROPE: THE POSTAL SERVICES. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days (depending on your location, but due to the current COVID-19 situation, there are possible delays) after your payment is confirmed.
What is your return policy?
Purchased goods can be returned within 30 days. The return fee is borne by the buyer, unless a product other than the one ordered was shipped, or it was defective. The small differences given by the manufacture of the object are not considered defects. Purchased goods must return to the original packaging, with original labels. Goods bearing traces of wear, which have been used, worn, or damaged will not be accepted on return.
For returned goods that meet the return conditions, we will return the value of the goods and, if applicable, the cost of delivery. The amounts will be refunded by bank transfer.
The payment processor has no obligation to bear any costs related to your request for a refund and refund of the amount paid and will not be liable in any way to you.
